required with order. Orders will be despatched on clearance of payment.

Returns |

We strongly advise
all customers to test play any DVD purchased within 28 days of receipt. In
the unlikely event your DVD should be defective or damaged on arrival, we
will replace the item with a replacement DVD once the faulty disc has been
returned to us. It is the purchaser’s obligation to pack any returning
goods securely and it is recommended they be returned by registered post.
Replacements will be posted to you at our expense with your postage
refunded. Please include your name and all contact and order details so
that we can fulfil our commitment to you and also details of the fault.
Please note, we will not issue any refunds on items where the seal has
been broken and goods opened. Any returns requiring a refund must be
returned to us within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify. |
